Como eu tenho evitado comer gluten, inventei uma versão com farinha de milho, sem gluten, que tb fica ótima! Mas quem quiser fazer a versão original, é só substituir a farinha de milho pela de trigo.<br />
Fica aqui a sugestão:<br />
2 colheres de manteiga,<br />
2 ovos,<br />
1 copo de leite,<br />
2 colheres de sopa de farinha de milho sem gluten,<br />
Sal e pimenta a gosto.<br />
2 colheres de sopa de queijo ralado (de preferência parmesão - grana padano)<br />
Em uma panela derreta a manteiga. Enquanto isso, misture as duas colheres de farinha de milho no leite até ficar homogéneo. junte essa mistura na panela com a manteiga derretida e vá mexendo para não empelotar. Quando estiver com uma consistência boa (nem muito líquido, nem muito espesso), desligue o fogo e acrescente as gemas, uma a uma, mexendo bem para elas não cozerem, acrescente as duas colheres de queijo ralado, sal e pimenta a gosto.<br />
<b><span style="color: blue;">Esta é uma base para souflet que dá para fazer diversas combinações. Eu gosto de acrescentar, por exemplo, um tomate picadinho, um queijo branco pequeno cortado aos pedaços, e oréganos à esta base. Mas pode-se colocar uma lata de milho, ou uma curgete (abobrinha) ou um chuchu cru cortado aos pedaços, por exemplo. Aí vai da imaginação de cada um.</span></b><br />
Por último, bata as claras em neve e misture cuidadosamente na massa.<br />
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus até que o souflet tenha crescido e esteja dourado.<br />
Nem sempre o souflet cresce e assim fica. Normalmente, quando tiramos do forno, ele tende a murchar. Mas isso é normal. Desde que ele esteja bem assado, fica bem leve!<br />

No entanto, para já, e a pedidos, vou divulgar aqui algumas das receitas que tenho feito, quando decidir adotar uma dieta mais saudável!<br />
Não sou daquelas que não come isso, ou aquilo, mas estou tentando evitar algumas coisas que, comprovadamente, não estavam me fazendo bem. Assim, passei a adotar uma dieta pobre em glúten e lactose e a usar óleo de coco.<br />
Posto isso, deixo aqui algumas receitas que têm feito sucesso na minha página do Facebook:<br />

<b>1 - Bolo de banana sem açucar, sem glúten e sem lactose:</b><br />

<span data-ft="{"tn":"K"}"><span class="UFICommentBody _1n4g">Bater no liquidificador 3 ovos, 4 bananas maduras, meia xícara de uva passa (eu não tinha e coloquei 4 figos secos), meia xícara de óleo de coco e uma colher de sobremesa de canela em pó.</span></span><br />
<span data-ft="{"tn":"K"}"><span class="UFICommentBody _1n4g">Depois acrescente uma xícara de farinha de arroz e duas colheres de sobremesa de fermento em pó. Se a massa ficar muito dura, coloque meia xícara de leite magro sem lactose.</span></span><br />

Esse pão de arroz é tudo de bom!<br />
É só bater no liquidificador: 2 ovos, 1 xicara de arroz integral cru (que ficou de molho em água durante 6 horas), 1/2 xícara de óleo de coco ou azeite e uma pitada de sal. Depois acrescente um colher de sopa de fermento e leve ao forno pré aquecido por cerca de meia hora. Sem glúten, sem lactose, e mais fácil impossível! E fica bom viu! Vou colocar aqui a foto que uma amiga querida tirou do pão que fez com essa receita. Ficou mais bonito do que o meu! ;)<br />
